Cell and Cordless Phone Privacy and Security--What if your phone is lost or stolen?

Advice on protecting personal information is increasingly in the news including reminders to shred all documents that contain personal information, tips on how to avoid being scammed on the internet, prompts to secure wireless networks, and recommendations to carefully monitor credit reports. How about sharing a few reminders about cell phone and wireless phone security?
What do you do if your phone is stolen? Take a look at the recommendations provided by mobile-review.com. You may also need to contact your service provider and give them the unique 15 digit identification number (International Mobile Equipment Identity or IMEI) assigned to your device in order to "block" the number and disable the phone.
